General questions
A car wash applies the same products and the same time to every vehicle. We assess the paint condition, surface type, and prior treatments before doing anything. We use professional equipment, surface-specific products, and defined process stages. The result isn't just "clean" — it's corrected, decontaminated, and protected.
It depends on the service. An exterior detail typically takes half a day. Paint correction can take one or more days depending on the paint's condition. Ceramic coating takes 1–2 days including the curing stage. PPF varies based on coverage chosen. We confirm exact timings in your quote before we start.
There's no need to wash or specially prepare it — we handle decontamination as the first stage of every treatment. Bring the vehicle in its normal condition. If you've recently applied waxes, sealants, or other products, mention it in your request — it may affect the initial assessment.
Yes, completely free and non-binding. Send us your vehicle details and the service you're interested in via the form or WhatsApp. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with an assessment and a specific quote for your car. There's no pressure to proceed.
Yes. We work with all types of vehicles — saloons, SUVs, sports cars, classic cars, and luxury vehicles. We apply the same care to assess every surface and choose the right treatment. If you have questions about a specific vehicle, describe it in your quote request.
Yes. New cars don't leave the factory with active paint protection. During transport they accumulate iron fallout, pollen, and other transport residues. The best time to apply any protection is before the first heavy use — when the paint is in its best possible condition.
We confirm payment details — accepted methods and any deposit for longer jobs — together with your quote, before any work begins. If you have a preference, mention it in your request and we'll take it into account.
Protection
They're two different types of protection. Ceramic is a chemical coating that protects against contamination, UV, and chemical agents — it doesn't absorb physical impacts. PPF is a polyurethane film that physically protects against stone chips, scratches, and road impacts. They can be combined: ceramic over PPF to get both protections in one car.
It's not mandatory, but it's the logical choice. Applying a coating over scratched paint seals the defects in — and they become much harder to correct afterwards. If your paint has visible swirl marks or scratches, we recommend correcting first. In your quote assessment, we check the actual condition and tell you what makes sense for your specific vehicle.
It depends on the product used, the quality of application, and subsequent maintenance. Quality ceramic products typically last 2 to 5 years with correct care. When we confirm the product we use, we include the specific warranty terms. We don't promise durations we can't back with real data.
Warranties depend on the specific product used and the manufacturer's terms. We provide exact details in your quote. Warranties are valid with correct maintenance — hand washing, without aggressive waxes — and don't cover mechanical damage or negligence.
Fleet & business
Yes. We work with corporate fleets, dealerships, and other automotive operators. Terms depend on volume and services required. Contact us via the Business & Fleet page to discuss your needs.
Services
It depends on the window. In Italy the Highway Code requires a minimum VLT of 70% for the windscreen and front side windows. Rear side windows and the rear screen have no legal limits. We always assess compliance for your specific vehicle before proceeding.
