Transparency in every stage

Eight steps. No improvisation.

Our process is the same for every vehicle. Defined, explained before we start, and verifiable when we finish. Nothing is skipped because we're short on time — or because you didn't ask.

Our process steps

  1. Initial contact and information gathering

You contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or the quote form. We ask you to describe the vehicle, its current condition, and what you'd like to achieve. If you have photos, even better. This lets us ask the right questions before you come in.

  2. Pre-work assessment

Before we touch the car, we inspect it under dedicated lighting: paint condition, depth of defects, contamination level, any prior paint work or ceramic coatings. We explain what we find and what we can realistically achieve. If the expected result doesn't match your expectation, we say so here — not after the work is done.

  3. Decontamination

Every vehicle that comes in for any surface treatment goes through decontamination first. Snow foam, a pH-neutral hand wash, iron fallout remover, and clay bar. This removes everything the paint has absorbed that a normal wash leaves behind. It's not optional — it's the foundation of any correction or protection applied correctly.

  4. Paint correction (where needed)

If the assessment identified swirl marks, light scratches, or oxidation, mechanical correction is carried out with a dual-action polisher and the appropriate compound for the defect depth. We work in stages and check frequently under proper lighting to avoid removing more clear coat than necessary.

  5. Protection application

The chosen protection — ceramic coating, PPF, or sealant — is applied on a fully clean, corrected, and dry surface. Application conditions matter: temperature, humidity, and cure time are controlled. For ceramic coatings, we follow the manufacturer's specification for flash time and layering.

  6. Drying and cure time

Depending on the treatment, the vehicle stays with us for a controlled cure period. You'll know exactly when the car is ready and what care it needs in the first days after collection — in writing.

  7. Final joint inspection

Before collection, we inspect the vehicle together with you under direct lighting. We point out what was corrected, what was protected, and what limitations exist (if any). You decide when you're satisfied.

  8. Aftercare guidance

Every treatment comes with written aftercare guidance: first-wash instructions, which products to use and avoid, and how to maintain the protection's effectiveness. We're available for follow-up questions after collection.
